Visit the Mall Office for Customer Service. Follow the signs for the Restrooms the Mall Office is located in the same hallway. Services include: complimentary wheelchairs, lost and found, and mall information.

EMERGENCY SERVICES
For your health and safety, our Security staff is certified in First Aid, CPR, and the use of our Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and Oxygen (O2) units. If you need assistance, contact the mall at (717) 632‑4604, or ask any sales associate in any store to contact them for you.

WHEELCHAIRS
Wheelchairs are available at the Mall Office.

RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located across Kay Jewelers, near Center Court.

BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Located in both women’s and men’s restrooms.

ATM MACHINE
Located at Center Court near Kay Jewelers.

LOST AND FOUND
Should you find or lose anything while shopping, please visit the Mall Office or a Security Officer for assistance.

MALL WALKING HOURS
Walkers are encouraged to take advantage of the climate controlled environment of the mall to walk. The doors are opened two hours before the mall opens for all walkers; trips and informational brochures are located in the Mall Office.

SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT
The North Hanover Mall is totally smoke-free.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
The Rabbit Transit bus stop is located outside of the Mall Entrance closes to Jerry & Sal’s Pizza. Transit route books are located at this Mall Entrance and the Mall Office.
